Given the terrorist attacks the world is experiencing, where weapons and handguns are used to harm individuals, the role of forensic experts on crime scenes is becoming increasingly important through examining cartridges, projectiles, and other traces and marks. In this field, we provide full laboratory facilities to examine weapons’ imprints including water shooting tanks, visual comparison through video spectral comparator of various types, automated systems of comparison, associated databases, as well as a system to clone cartridges, detect defaced numbers, and examine traces and marks of tools and machines used in crime scenes.
